Users are prohibited from using the platform for money laundering, illegal financing, or any financial activity that violates Indonesian law. Any suspicious transaction will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
4 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a user of the bostogel platform, you are obligated to use the service honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with the applicable terms. Users are not permitted to engage in any actions that harm the platform, other users, or the system as a whole.
Actions that are explicitly prohibited include: the use of automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to manipulate game outcomes or gain unauthorized advantages; exploitation of technical vulnerabilities or system errors; creation of fake accounts; misuse of bonuses or promotions; and coordinating with other users to manipulate bets.

5. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

We are not liable for any financial losses arising from technical disruptions, downtime, or system delays beyond our control.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team. Any remaining balance that meets the minimum withdrawal requirements will be processed once identity verification is complete.
These terms may be updated at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via a notification on the platform or to their registered email address. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the platform will be resolved through channels consistent with the applicable laws of Indonesia.
